About NGO Business Services

Salesforce expertise with a personal approach

NGO Business Services is a small specialist consultancy working exclusively with non-profit organisations. Our clients include charities, NGOs and NPOs in the UK and internationally.

We provide high-quality systems expertise and practical solutions that are appropriate to each organisation’s needs, resources and budget.

2017

Established to give non-profits the benefit of specialist Salesforce and systems expertise without unnecessary complexity.

A deliberately personal way of working

Being a small team is a strength. Clients know the people they work with, and we take the time to understand their organisation and Salesforce system. That familiarity helps us give clear advice, solve problems efficiently and build relationships that can continue over many years.

We can deliver substantial implementations and development, while remaining equally willing to troubleshoot a small issue or improve one part of an established system.

Personal relationships

Work with people who get to know your organisation, not an anonymous support function.

Practical and proportionate technology

Use the simplest effective response to the problem, suited to your resources and budget.

Specialist non-profit understanding

Benefit from experience of the operational, data, reporting and resource pressures non-profits encounter.

Strong Salesforce and systems expertise

Draw on the technical depth needed for major work and the flexibility to address smaller challenges.

Social impact

Creating opportunities through technology

NGO Business Services recruits and develops talented young people in Uganda, including those from communities where opportunities to build professional careers can be limited. Through training, mentoring and skilled employment, we help people develop the experience and opportunities to build successful careers in technology and create greater economic security for themselves and their families.

This approach benefits everyone. Our clients gain talented, well-trained people who understand their systems and organisations, while our team members gain skills, experience and opportunities to develop rewarding professional careers.

Social responsibility isn’t separate from our business. It’s part of how we work.

One connected team

We work collaboratively across locations as one small team. Knowledge is shared, colleagues support one another, and clients benefit from continuity rather than being passed between separate operations.
